Spoons: We meet Stoaker, an old
spoons player, on the day he's buried his mother, the last member of his
immediate family. As the Appalachian dusk gathers in around him, Stoaker
reminisces about family, those he's lost, life, love, friendship, death,
homemade music and holding on and letting go. In the end, Stoaker finds comfort
and transcendence is his music, memories and the lasting power of the past. |
